At the start of the Chapter 3, you will reach a stranded ship on the beach. Right of the wreck is a tent. Inside it, you will find some crates. In one of them are a few plates, a pitcher and a can. This can (with a sailor looks like Norah's grandpa) is the secret object : interact with it and the achievement will be yours :)

Here you can find a visual guide of the location, on the main camp inside one of the crates.
