I was able to unlock this achievement after obtaining a total of 54 Zeus's Lightning. If you do not wish to complete the Vaults of Tartarus to obtain the Lightning, you can purchase them from Hermes (on rotation) using Electrum.

maybe try investing a couple Lightning on the Perk at the top of the screen after fully upgrading? not sure if that'll help at all.

Just unlocked my last segment of Stamina and didn’t get the achievement!!! Later on I will try to load an older auto save, re-purchase the final upgrade and see if it triggers the unlock... hopefully
