  From the start of the game there are a few steps you have to go through before the game lets you out of the door.
  
  Access the “watch menu” by clicking the “three lines” button on your controller then hit the Play button on screen (top left).
  
  At this point I hit “B” and the Rec Room door was open. A quick Right Trigger to go through and the achievement popped.
