You can do get the temperance achievement as well if you save after defeating Adam

1. Complete all of Panam Palmer's side-quests and unlock the Life of the Road Trophy.
2. During Nocturne Op55N1, head out onto the balcony with Mysty and talk to Johnny Silverhand.
3. Select: "[Call] Panam."
Select: "Just need a minute."
Select: "Somethin'... I gotta do today."
Select: "Gonna ask Panam for help."
Select: "Take Omega Blockers."
4. Complete We Gotta Live Together.
5. Complete Forward to Death.
6. During Belly of the Beast, defeat Adam Smasher and interact with the Alt AI.
Select: "Wanna live out whatever life I got left."
Enter the Well.

That is not correct, I played a female (well, technically Trans) V and did not have the option to romance Panam but had the option to call her during The Star.

I did 100% before final mission. Got option to call Kelly or Panam. Probably random for each player based on who you’re friends with

I'm a male character and have Judy, Kelly, Panam and River as options. I romanced Panam and Kelly, but River and Judy aren't interested in men so they are just friends. Still completed their quests 100% though which I'm certain is all that matters. If the name doesn't appear then you probably haven't done all of the quest line for that character.

I did all Panam’s missions as a female. Didn’t get her option to call her. This is my last achievement too. Kind of annoying

I figured it out. Select don’t call anyone, choose panam option, take omega blockers. Then after talking to Johnny you can call panam. Phew

This line should be bolded and worded more strongly:

Save after defeating Adam! Then you can reload after getting one ending (The Star/Temperance) and to quickly get the other ending.

This would have saved me 40 minutes.

Great guide. I just wanted to add that my achievement did unlock silently. Gave no noise or visual notification that it had unlocked at all. Something to be aware of. Cheers.

As long as you completed Panam's quest line and got the achievement you can use her in the final mission and get this achievement. You do not have to call her or anyone. I played the game twice already on PS4 version and PS5 version.
