How to unlock the To Protect and Serve achievement

    Actions
    Complete main storyline quest Life During Wartime.

    After an unknown amount of time you'll receive a phone call from Elizabeth Peralez starting up the side quest quest "I Fought The Law".

    Complete this side quest where upon you will meet River and help him with a case.

    After 24 in-game hours River will call V resulting in the side mission "the hunt" which is the first in the official River Ward questline.

    After a few days in-game you will receive another call and the next quest titled "Following the river"

    Complete this quest and you'll receive the achievement.

    Sorry folks, I jumped the gun and reported before completely finishing the quests. It had another story to follow and popped as soon as I was done.

    DreamBoyDeadIf you guys have any issues with River not calling you back, simply save and restart the game and once you are back drive around the badlands and he should call you right away, I noticed from other threads on Steam site alot of people were having issues where certain NPCs don't call you depending on where you are located which is odd but worked for me with all NPCs.

    PlatinumstyxWhy is this achivement (and some of the other side quest ones) marked missable? Will they not pop up if I do specific things?
