During Act 2, you'll meet Panam and complete some main jobs with her. When these are done, you'll gain access to her first side job, 'Riders on the Storm.' During this job, make sure to ride with Panam to the camp, as there’s a chance you could fail the questline if you dont. Complete the side job, then wait approximately two days to get a call for her second side job, 'With A Little Help From My Friends.' Complete it, and then you'll immediately get access to her final side job, 'Queen Of The Highway.' Complete it as well, and this achievement will unlock.
