There is a total of 17 Cyberpsycho Sighting locations you must complete in order to unlock this achievement. Once at a Cyberpsycho Sighting location you must defeat a Cyberpsycho, which is a miniboss. I found melee weapons work best to kill them quickly. Cyberpsycho Sightings are found in your journal under Gigs.
