Go to custom game and select game type half card, then just roll and place all dice in the block and accept chance score. Then roll again and place in the block accept and get a bust, easy (providing you dont get any other scores) and as your playing by yourself the bust counts as a win.
Once the game is over you can press Play Again to get the next win.

Edit (Thanks to DragonYen) If you have wild dice enabled you can use them to your advantage to make sure you get a bust.

Here's a video to demonstrate the process to help ease any confusion.

NateEasyNIce guide. I used a turbo controller and just put X and A on turbo for the last 30 or so wins.

SpilnerWith two profiles one would get a loss, the idea is to play by yourself so win or lose (in game) you still achieve a win (for teh achievement)

If you are wanting to get this for two profiles, doing one then teh other (getting to 50 wins) just to save time.

AdolphMarxI believe the quickest way is: Half-card mode, Wild Dice off, Solo play.
Simply place your thumb over the X + A button (primarily the X button) and mash away while you watch television. Putting the dice in the hold queue and changing wild dice requires too much time and attention for something so monotonous. Should be no more than 30 seconds per game. Thanks for the idea!

Uranium DepositYeah, just mashing away is definitely the way to go. Putting dice in the blocks just makes you have to actually watch the game.

ShadowSnipinghitting Y ends all rolls accepting whatever dice you have.
so if you dont want to pay attention to the game just hit X Y A in repetitive order until pops
