  You will reach a point where you use an elevator for the first time after meeting a ghost girl called Sadness. Pick floor 1, then hold B to jump out of your body, your achievement tracker will go up. You will get this over natural progress of the game but you can do it here if you just want to get it over with. You will die if you let it continue for over a minute (10% in the tracker), so hold B again to go back to your body. Rinse and repeat.

  You can get this achievement by leaving your body by holding B when you get out of the lift. Then just pause the game for 10 minutes so you don't have to keep popping in and out of the body.

  ApexAssassin's pause trick may only work at the first location you can do it in, the lift. I just left it paused for 15 minutes at a much later part of the game

  and it didn't advance the tracker percentage at all, unfortunately.

  This achievements can be missable, I completed the game without getting it (98%). But I was planning on doing a 2nd playthrough anyway

  Seemed to be working for me but got stuck at 91%, hopefully sorts itself out.

  Try doing that the second time you enter the lift. It may just be glitched at the beginning. I did it right at the end of the game had no issues.
