Simply use Launch to grab a thrown grenade or rocket and toss it back. This does not need to kill the enemy, only hit them. Grenades will eventually go off in your hands while rockets won't, however on rare occasions the enemy seems to be able to shoot either item while you are holding them, so throwing them sooner rather than later is advised.
