So... after completing the first few dungeons and quests, you'll start building some sort of a village/settlement. You'd be asked to build some houses, buildings, etc. to expand the settlement. Once you've done a few of these quests, use
to move the camera around on your settlement and stand still. Simply wait for 10 minutes and the achievement should unlock.
