  I found this solution worked best for me for speed. Each number represents a year:
  
  New Game, Very Easy, Byzantines
  
  1. 2 Peasants
  2. 1 Peasant
  3. 1 Peasant
  4. Chicken Farm
  5. 1 Swordsman
  6. Nothing
  7. Church (also Devil's Altar take killing)
  8. 1 Swordsman
  9. Nothing (take first two points in new belief that you want the achievement for)
  10. Church
  11. Nothing
  12. Nothing
  13. Nothing (take 3rd point of faith) Achievement unlocked!

  Choose Pioneers
  Difficulty: Very Easy
  Use 'Byzantines'
  
  Year 1: Build 4 Peasants
  Year 2: Construct Church
  Year 3-4: Do Nothing.
  Choose your selected belief
  Year 5: Construct Chicken Farm, Hire 4 Swordsmen
  (Fight)
  Keep Fighting and Ending years until the Faith (top right icon) is maxed and you get the third belief. With 4 Swordsmen you'll be able to easily kill the militiamen who attack you.
  
  Achievement unlocked. Repeat for each belief system.

  Thanks. I found a quicker way as the Byzantines can choose two faith skills.

  You can, sort of.
  
  From the first skill trees you can choose the 1st one and then the 3rd one straight away. I mean when you first get to choose as you can choose two skills at the same time. The two last skill trees need all three. First choose the 1st and the 2nd one. Next time you get to choose again after few years, choose the 3rd one. First three skill trees don't need the 2nd skill to be opened.

  This is an extremely simplified civilisation sim, so don't worry if you have no experience with this genre - you won't need it!
  
  There are currently 25 Achievements worth 4000 Gamerscore
  
  There are a further 20 achievements worth another 3000G available on Window's 10 as a stack and can be unlocked using this exact same guide for a total of 7000G for this title
  
  We start with a single full playthrough of the game in detail to unlock all the main story and side quest achievements. After this, all that remains is to repeat this process in order to choose different skills under different belief systems. You can repeat the first playthrough, or if you are interested in seeing different playstyles and different units being used; I have included these as well if you want to follow them along without my commentary
