  I got this very easily on level one.
  
  As soon as the burglar walked in I honked my horn to get him to chase me to the bathroom. He slipped then, then I hacked the shower, then the burglar got out and slipped again and died. very small space to clean up then just pick up the foot prints back to the window.

  I'd suggest going for this one last. I happened to get it with only a 35% cleaning score on level 5. If you group your burglars together and hit them with the same traps you'll get an above 100% trap score. I cannot describe the carnage and the joy from luring a line of intruders into the en suite bathroom. That soap had a bigger killstreak than Soap's in MW2

  After you've killed all the burglars in a level you'll be given a time limit to clean up as much mess as you can.
  
  Your cleaning percentage is displayed in the top right of the screen. Just make sure it's at 90%+ when the time runs out.
