I was first able to get this with the Strolling Bonez LP, purchased at Windtown. Make sure to use the beat down ability and use the time slowdown (i'm using an xbox controller so it's LT for me) when it hits the bigger yellow section SPAM hits while holding slowdown, with this LP would should manage 3 spins which is more than enough if you time it right.
