From the Main Menu, go to:
Career > Go to the next Weekend
Press A past a couple cutscenes until you get to a screen saying the Event Type, Race Length, etc. and you should see an option for Bike Setup. Select this and you'll be presented with a bunch of different things you can set different values for such as Front Preload, Rear Preload, etc.. Just simply change a single thing like the Front Preload to 1 more to the right then once you do that, press X to go to Bike Setup Management. Now simply save your custom setup and the achievement will then pop.
