A great way to get this is by playing an easy puzzle. Make sure to use the "Hint" button twice at the beginning or at some point before you finish the puzzle. For the rest of the puzzle, simply uncover the tiles in a uniform manner everywhere. Easy puzzles are less prone to blockages. As long as you don't make any unusual moves, you should be fine. Once you complete the puzzle, you'll unlock the achievement, assuming you used the Hint button twice.
