    In the area of the game with a tank there are air strikes happening, you just have to get hit by one. You CAN be in the tank when hit & it will still count.

    MustardJoker65The 2nd to last level, "Paved With Good Intentions" has airstrikes appear after turning right towards the jeep that spawns in front of your character. I loaded the level up on easy and just stayed under where the missiles were dropping.
