Thankfully this, and the other "play for 10 hours" achievements can be idled with just one controller and a rubber band.
For this one in particular go to Online> Custom > Create
Put yourself as the Queen on one of the teams (let's say Blue) by pressing
when you are on that slot, next go over to the other team and press
on the Queen's spot on the Gold side and add a bot
Now you want to hit
and
over to Rules
Here firstly hit 'Select All' but then you need to re-enable a win condition, as you need to win three games for the match to end and your hours to count
In this case you want to de-select the "Can't Attack Queen" for the blue Queen
For the gold ones under the Queen section de-select "Has Unlimited Eggs"
Close the setting and start the match
Rubber band the left stick of the controller and leave it on for how ever long you want
Then just finish by killing the gold queen three times, for three games
