Keep in mind that if you've already found one of the characters they won't reappear in your game until you find the collectibles that they want.   Hm, the achievement didnt pop for me, looks like i will have to delete all game data and do this one after finishing the rest of the game.
  
  So what I did was, get the rest of the achievements, go offline, delete local save, pick up the guy again and find his coffee. quit the game, deleted the local save, went back online and got my save back, and the last achievement. After all, i think this game was not bad but its technically a more simplistic version of crazy taxi, whih is still king.
