    There are yellow and black spiders in this map. Just wait until you find one, stand close to it and wait for it to Web attack you. A Web appears on screen to tell you. Then attack with your weapon of choice. I used a frying pan and it worked fine.

    Right at the start of the level, I picked up the stone object in front of the battery. There was a yellow & black spider on it. Per your suggestion, I was armed with a frying pan. I waited for it to web me & then flattened it. Achievement unlocked within seconds of starting the level.

    I retried it. The spider does not always appear there. Experimenting a little by restarting the level, it appeared on that stone object about one out of three times. It's an ideal place because it's in a narrow corridor so it's easy to keep track of the spider. Since it's right at the start, you have no progress to worry about & can restart as often as it takes to get the achievement.
