How to unlock the Been there, Done that achievement
Just keep playing through the South Central Missions until a guy named Raymond calls. You must win 6 races in South Central, then after you complete the aforementioned mission, he will call you again to race him best of 3. He will be driving a black Mercedes-Benz CLK 63 AMG Black Series. Win the Best of 3 series and the achievement is yours. The mission is called "The Southside".
