On the 3rd level of Arcade Mode. You'll be given the chainsaw and Zombies and Agents will spawn. Use your chainsaws X attacks and stay at the bottom, kill Agents straight away as they spawn they'll take 2 combos to kill and Zombies will take 1.

I think there was 35 kills to complete the level, i got all of them without being hit once.
