  The level "CloudOut" is located most of the way through the snow section. You'll enter a city structure and it is the bottom right level.
  If you're having difficulty finding it, try looking for the top right of the map. You'll see a stage and a "I <3 Cloud" fan, go 3 levels straight down from that.
  
  This level is an Arkanoid clone. You can use B (lightning) to create momentum for the ball and use it to hit the blocks. You can move the paddle anywhere.
  
  In order to get this achievement, you'll need to use Y (snow) and cover as much of the level as you can with snow. After that, when you use B (lightning) to push the ball, it'll fly extremely fast around the level, surpassing 200 m/s.
  
  If you lose the ball, it's okay, it will come back. I recommend two runs at this level - one to get the "Gotta Go Fast" achievement, and another to actually break all the bricks for progress to the next level.

  Got this on my first Retry: just keep dousing the level with snow and a guy will keep appearing and bouncing around - keep filling with snow as the guy keeps bouncing out of the level and reappearing. Just keep snowing and he will keep coming back and bouncing.

  wow, you dont even have to try at all once you cover a good portion of the top with snow, the guy just touches the snow and immediately goes warp speed LOL.

  I had some issues getting this by randomly blanketing the level with snow (the ball kept ricocheting out), so here's the surefire way to get this one.
  
  1. Start the CloudOut level.
  2. Dump a bunch of snow () on either side of the snowballed guy (a.k.a. the ball).
  3. Move Cloudy just to the left or right side of the ball (look at Cloudy's shadow to aim), then zap the ball with Thunder ().

  This is completed on the CloudOut level. Use your snow to turn the Hooman into a snowball and then pile up a bunch of snow in the middle where he spawned in. If you are lucky, the Hooman will start bouncing back and forth off the side walls gaining speed. Otherwise, just keep piling in the snow and when the Hooman respawns he should immediately start going really fast.
