  This one isn't too bad once you have worked out the finicky controls. Easiest to do fast in Endless mode. To build more than two tracks, yout will need to build a control room, which can be found in the "shops" menu for some reason.
  
  Just build four straight tracks up from the bottom, and put a buffer at the end of each, and this will unlock.
