This is the last mission of the DLC pack "Broken Steel" in which you must go to Adams Air Force Base via the Presidental Metro to set the satellites to blow up the base (which is an Enclaves Base of Operations)

This mission is somewhat hard, and if you are having trouble, try picking up the Energy weapons that the Enclave soldiers drop. My Energy Weapons skill was only at 38, but I'd pack a punch when it came to using an Enclave soldier's weapon against himself.

Another good idea is to make sure everything is repaired before you head out, as the presidental Metro is filled with the zombie ghouls, and melee seems to work best on them.
