Easiest way to do this is to buy to turn on $1 mode, buy everything from the heavy equipment shop, buy everything from the warehouse, then send them to your claims. There's no reason to move them once there just use a different claim when you run out of transport slots. You only need to break one of a kind as well which isn't clear in the description. For example the battery and fuel filter are the same on all vehicles so you only need to break those on one vehicle not all of them but it's far easier to get everything rather than keep track. You don't have to replace them for the achievement even though you need to replace 100 parts because there's a much easier way to do that and I'll post a guide with that achievement. Once you buy everything and send it to your claims go to the camper and sleep until winter. Leave everything outside and it will be broken come spring. My truck didn't break so I had to drive around and wear the tires out but everything else did and I didn't have to track any of it. Can be done in 5-10 minutes on a new game.
