You will get these over time from leveling up by simply playing the game. When you get monkey knowledge points just assign them to anything you like and after 10 have been assigned (in any branch) you will unlock the achievement. These do not all need to be in the same branch, for example, I had 2 assigned in military and 8 assigned in heroes and it unlocked the achievement for me.
