At the first airport you'll eventually come across a row of ATMs (Automatic Teller Machines) on your way to the departure gate. Simply press the X button on the Dispense button to get some free money and the achievement.
These are all over all the airports, and you will need money multiple times for various fetch quests in the game so make sure to always restock after you've used some.
