  When you see an enemy with a bow and flaming arrow, equip your knife and swat the arrow out of the air. Best attempted on easy difficulty and it might take a few tries to get the timing right. If there are other enemies about on foot, take them out first then focus on the archer.
  
  Note: I attempted this achievement during the last part of the game with lycans (you'll know what I mean when you get there.) I swore that I hit several arrows mid-air but no achievement popped. Then after beating the game and finishing the credits, the achievement unlocked along with Great Dad and The Root of the Matter.

  this one may be bugged. For my brother the following happened:
  Popped on screen
  but did register on consoles achievement list, However it's unlocked on Xbox app

  I unlock the achievement when I go in search of the heisenberg for the fourth jar there is a place where there are 2 enemies perfect opportunity to unlock the achievement, location forbidden forest

  Have not unlocked it yet but am going to get it in a few days. Is it still bugged? Does anyone know if its fixed yet?

  In this video guide I will show you how to knock a flaming arrow out of the sky with a close combat weapon in the story. The first area I found these guys is after defeating Moreau. Continue on the path to continue he story and head into The Forbidden Woods. Here there will be bow and arrow guys. Kill everyone and leave him for last. Then stand in front of him and continue to swing the knife when he shoots at you. May take a few attempts but eventually the achievement will pop even though it may not look like you deflected an arrow.
