  This may be the last out of six "Complete 5 missions with X squad member" achievements you'll get as it's related to your missions with Liara T'Soni (if we assume you recruit someone and finish missions with her/him first). But if you want to speed up the process, finish only the main quests on the Citadel and as soon as you are able to travel, go to planet Therum located in the Artemis Tau cluster / Knossos system. Liara is unlocked as a party member after the mission ends, so follow-up this with 5 missions with her in the team.

  Anyone else having issues with this achievement not unlocking? All the other ally achievements worked fine, and this one even shows as complete in game, but the Xbox achievement never popped. (Still says "Locked 0%")

  I'm having an issue with this achievement not unlocking too, its worked for every other ally & I know I've done more than 5 missions with the Asari companion. Hope they can fix it soon, I'm going for all achievements in Legendary Edition.

  Ashley and Tali won't unlock for me. I've been doing the random planet missions. Nothing has unlocked since leaving the Citadel.

  These trophies and achievement are also glitched on me as well and why it have to be full 5 missions.

  Same for me with only the Asari one not unlocking. I'm wanting to get all achievements too so yeah a fix would be great.
