This achievement requires you to change your appearance 10 times. You can do this at the beginning of the game (AFTER tutorial, and you can choose to skip it) and at any time as you can always re-enter your farmhouse. Once you create a character and are in control of them, go back into the farmhouse by pressing A on it. For some reason you will have to wait about 30 seconds or so before being able to go back in. Once back in, you will be prompted to change your characters appearance. Simply click the randomize button a few times and then scroll down to "Back to game" and press A. Now wait until you can go back in the house again and repeat this process 9 more times until the achievement unlocks!
