  In Battle 64 Blue Bomber starts at 5 with Bombs and has the ability to reach 8.
  
  Just pick up 3 more Bomb Up pick ups in a Battle 64 match and achievement will pop after the match ends.
  
  White Bomber can also achieve this but takes more power ups in a match.
  
  Can be done in a private match.

  There are no bomb upgrades spawning in my game, WTF?
  And also on the Xbox App it shows 9/9 achievements instead of 10.
  This look messed up.

  Bombs only spawn after the first floor, so you can't unlock this in 1v1
