    Devil Warr1orSo I managed to complete this game including this achievement but what happened years ago to oopsifelldown happened to me but i was able to stop it perma-glitching.

    basically every time you collect a Gloomex canister, the counter should go up. THIS IS IMPORTANT! Always make sure you keep count and ensure the message appears in the bottom left corner.

    Starting a level up to number #33, when i collected canister #39, it didn't appear on the left but it was gone. But the game doesnt save any in game collectibles unless you finish the level. This includes the tarot cards, voodoo dolls, Gloomex canisters and 'Frozen Codebase shirt wearing zombies'.

    So i quickly died and restarted the level and when i collected the first canister, the counter was reset back to #33, and when i collected number #39 i saw it being counted.

    I then collected the remaining canisters and the achievement popped.

    TL:DR if the counter doesnt go up, die, restart level and go again. Failure to do so will result in perma-glitched achievement.
