  Once you finish the first tutorial levels, you will be taken to your farm. The achievement tracks time every time you're in the menu, it doesn't reset. You'll unlock the 15 minute achievement a lot faster than you think after you finish the other achievements, then just add 15 minutes to that pop for maximum efficiency.
