The Shadow Out of Time achievement in Conan Exiles

Settings, Server Settings, Make Me Admin

Admin Panel
Enable God.
Disable Eating.

Admin Panel, Spawn Item
Search for (in Other Tab) Weapon Schematic (Great Axe of the Legion) and add to Inventory.
Search for (in Building Tab) Improved Blacksmith's Bench and add to Inventory (takes a few clicks to work for some reason

).
Search for (In Resources Tab) Weapon Handle and add to Inventory.
Search for (In Resources Tab) Eldarium and add x47 to Inventory. (Hold LT to add in Stacks of x100).

Open Inventory.
Consume Weapon Schematic and Equip Improved Blacksmith's Bench.
Place the bench.
Interact with the bench and place the Weapon Handle and all the Eldarium.
Craft Great Axe of the Legion. (Takes about two minutes to craft with base stats

I had to use a thrall to craft it for me as well. Also took an age before the game would let me place the smithing bench.

I can't get it to pop for me - I put the thrall in the spot they go but is there a way to make the thrall craft it instead of me hitting the A button to craft??
EDIT: I had to quit out of the game and reload then it popped - Thanks :-)

This solution is out of date: In order to unlock this after this "wonderful" -_- update is you need to complete the DELVER JOURNEY..... yaaaaaay -_-

Spawn a delving bench
spawn decaying eldarium
spawn a star metal sword
type in schematic and take a bunch of different ones (i'm not sure which one it was that unlocked it)
craft an eldarium weapon (might've unlocked after you crafted it with the blacksmith earlier)

Do you need to craft the eldarium weapon on a special table ? Regular blacksmith table does not work for me..

August 2023 - Angels Kill Too's method worked perfect. Before the lastest update this achievement along with 5 others wouldn't unlock for me for some reason.

Journey: Delver must be selected and you must complete the journey steps. These are only minorly annoying, as it makes these longer to obtain, but admin teleport makes quick of this process. Admin panel still works when you need things like keys and ingredients otherwise. Just make sure you are in corresponding "Journeys" and completing tasks until there's a task that is in line with the achievement that pops. Sometimes they don't and you have to repeat until the task unlocks itself.

Worked for me without completing any journey… just followed the guide. It was a delayed pop though (feb 24)
