  Get the map from the snuff snob. Talk to him about his inheritance and he’ll give you the map.
  
  Solve the treasure map clue:
  

  *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***It’s a painting in the gallery - next to the door with the guard. Interact with the corresponding spot marked on the map.

  
  
  To open the safe:
  

  *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***- Befriend the skunk (see ‘Make a Friend’)
  - Lead it to the room with the snuff snob and lawyers
  - Interact with the skunk to make it fart. They’ll open a window
  - Go outside and look at the window. Grab the key. Use it on the safe.
