How to unlock the Spiffy achievement

    In this game you start out with 9 operators unlocked immediately. If it is the same for everyone else, when you go to the operators tab, select your operator, and go to uniforms, all of your operators should have 1 unlocked called "NightShift". Simply equip this onto all of your characters and then it should pop. The achievement was delayed by over a minute for me.
