Start the first level of the Japanese campaign(Attack on Pearl Harbor)
When the level starts, scout the water in the harbor for a PT-23 boat. It somewhere on the left side of the harbor(from the side you came) It's a small patrol boat, it shouldn't be too hard to find. When you find him destroy the boat. You know you destroyed the right boat, when you hear a Japanese person say: "His name was Henry".

After that, continue the mission as you normally would. Torpedo and bomb the boats. Strafe the parked planes, until the part where you have to destroy 5 planes that are in the air. Don't destroy 5 planes, but scout the air for a plane with a blue aiming circle. (the other ones have a brown circle. Donald's plane will take a while to spawn, but once it has, you have to take it down before your fellow Japanese planes have done so. Once you've taken down Donald's Plane finish the mission and your achievement should pop.
