    You can acquire attachments from in-game "loot" boxes found throughout the missions tucked away in hard to see places. Be sure to look around... Alternatively, you can purchase them with in-game free currency youll earn by completing missions

    EvieLeafI had the same issue with this. Attached three attachments on another gun and it worked. Might be because I removed an attachment from another gun, unclear if this is what did it for me.

    Jiafei0018Hi, if you have the issue with popping up, please try this, taking off all attachments, then putting them on one by one, I mean, after choosing a part, press B and return to the previous menu, then attach another one. Do not use LT/RT to attach all 3 parts.

    Nibcrom LivesThis is bugged. I have plenty of weapons with 3 attachments and the achievement won't pop.

    I Sphyre IAs far as I remember this being buggy got fixed in an update and should now no longer be an issue.
