Take control of Russel and swim towards the crocodile. Lead the crocodile to either side of the lake near the thorn bushes. If successful, the game will switch camera angles where the crocodile will now charge at you. Swim away from him so he hits the thorns and turns over exposing his belly. From here, take control of Carl and hit the stalactites with the boulders to drop it on the croc. Repeat this procedure on the other side and the achievement is yours.
