  Completed means getting 100% in the level area. You have to collect all orbs and all the texts. I can't confirm if creatures count as some creatures are in multiple locations and some are not. When you hit 100% the achievement should pop instantly.

  Getting entries for each of the creatures does count towards 100%. Just confirmed this twice in the level in currently in.
