  Completed means getting 100% in the level area. You have to collect all orbs and all the texts. creatures count but some creatures are in multiple locations and some are not. I would just say find all the creatures, there are only 2-3 creatures in a level. When you hit 100% the achievement should pop instantly.

  I get you took the time to write this, and I appreciate. But, I think it'd be more useful if you (or someone) clearly stated how many creatures / items has a particular level. Ambiguous numbering as "2-3" are not very Achievement friendly, as I'm sure you agree.
