After you collect the flame spell from the first dungeon head west from the Deaths Door until you get to the sign for the Urn Witches Mansion, instead iof following the sign go south and go down the ladder then head west and follow the path around to the south (don't go through the door in the mountain). Then you can continue west down some stairs and you will see a sign pointing towards The Stranded Sailor, you will need to use your newfound spell to create a ladder to progress from here.
Continue on (it's a linear path) until you come to The Stranded Sailor portal door, just north of this is a stranded ship, enter here and talk to Jefferson. Say yes to having a meal and your achievement will unlock, as well as tips to find 3 currently accessible life/magic upgrade shrines.
