During the First mission as you start the game from the main menu. Continue playing the game until the tanks show up. Then hijack a tank and use it to run over and blast everyone to gain this achievement.

With all the crowds on this level (or later in the game) you can snag this achievement easy. The crowds can be seen off the main road along the intersecting roads.

However, if you wait until later on this mission to go after it. The enemies will get stronger by sending more helicopters and tanks. So the best approach is to grab the last tank standing of the first group and then do not go near the next waypoint with the Hunters.

The mission where you need to grab a tank and escort Ragland to a point, is also a great point to get this.

Since you are already in a tank and the infection has spread having crowds of people on the sides of the road.

Do not attack the military just avoid them. And you will be disguised as one of them. After you get Ragland at the location and after you do what had to get done, you will be leaving the area in the tank.

As you are leaving the base, move left at the first intersection right outside the base's door. Keep heading down the street to the end stick to the left and ride on the side of the road. I ran over 50 people without a shot and got the achievement during my regular play.

All you really need to do is play the rolling thunder event. the tank shoots mini-nukes so as you can imagine this will not be much trouble. this is not really a hard achievement by an means though.

Use your Tendril Barrage Devastator (upgrades>combat>area effect) in a crowded area.
Hold Y+B when your health is in critical mass (blue).

BEFORE you NEGATIVELY vote on a solution and write a response comment like "GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT, GOD!", get YOURS in line.

Y+X is STREET SWEEPER.
Y+B in Critical Mass is TENDRIL BARRAGE, a DEVASTATOR attack that is WHIPFIST based and almost guaranteed kills a whole city block and gets you the achievement.
