This will take some practice, and more importantly, some patience, but it's not challenging in the slightest. Considering this achievement allows for you to use continues (as many as you want), it doesn't matter if you fail on every level, as long as you eventually beat the level.
The only thing slightly annoying about this achievement is you have to do it all in one sitting. Some of the levels are quite short, so 50 levels really isn't all too much.
Other advice:
levels that ask for a big amount of one colour: try to get a 'secret bonus' of a different colour, and keep chaining secret bonuses (using two squares of the same colour) until there are a lot of the colour you need. Get a huge square of that colour (if possible) and then get a secret bonus with it. If you still need more of that colour, keep chaining the secret bonuses until it gets back to mostly the colour you need. The same goes for level that need Big/Small/Square sets, except small ones, you only ever use small squares, and big ones, vice versa (if possible).
Secret bonuses are also helpful in getting Yosumins. Note that Yosumins also count as Square sets and Big sets.
