If you somehow miss this like I did and it was the last upgrade before beating the game, there is a great location to farm this in TET Access Control, before the boss portal. There is a section with a bunch of power lines going upwards. If you invert the two switches by the green light, and the switches power is routed to after stepping on the pads on the ground, enemies will spawn from four different sections on the ground without end, at least they never stopped spawning for me.You can use Bond or Delete to hack the enemies; delete uses fewer bits if that matters.Posted by Mathachew on 24 Aug 21 at 20:11 If you miss this one and are already on the final boss battle, just beat the game, watch all the credits and you will respawn in the hub. Head over to red gates to find the room mentioned in walkthrough above and use the enemy respawn to complete it.
