  I want to give some clarification on this achievement:
  
  -I would say the points of reference aren’t endings but specific time loops.
  
  -You never have to touch the plant until you have completed the three loops.
  
  -Each loop gives you another bud/flower.
  
  -The loops are:
  1. Betrayal -

  *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***You cooperate with the cop and betray your wife.

  
  2. Perfect Day -

  *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***The cop doesn’t enter and you go to bed with your wife.

  
  3. Confession -

  *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***You confess to the murder and leave the apartment.

  
  
  -The loops can be done in any order however I have numbered them in order of which is possible to achieve first to last.
  
  -Once the loops are complete and you have all three buds/flowers you should water them with the mug.
  
  -After each watering leave the apartment and reset the loop but be sure to look at the plant each time.
  
  -The flowers may look fully blossomed after a few waterings however you may need to water them one last time to push the achievement to unlock.
  
  *Note* - Do not continue the story once you have the main reveal as you may reset the loops.

  *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***You are the monster, the murderer of your wife’s father and if you get the watch out to go back in time then you potentially risk fully resetting the loops.

  I followed the TA Walkthrough and could see all 3 flowers bloomed, no achievement.

  @Stormborn64 I also followed the TA guide and had three flowers but no achievement. I had to water it an additional time (so four loops at the "Loops 16, 17 & 18" step) for it to unlock.

  6 hours into the game and i can only achieve 3 achievements even with guides at my disposal

  Okay so I finally figured this one out, you should have to break the pot once flowers are grown just in case they wilt, someone said it’s not needed but I did it to be safe (3 extra loops who cares 🤷‍♂️ Better to be safe then sorry) BUT the way to get all flower buds is tied to endings a lot like the paintings, I started fresh save and grew to a bush but wasn’t getting a single bud, then I did the Groundhog Day ending and I got one, I did the confession ending and got two and then finally did the bad ending (Spoilers!!! When you help the cop betray your wife and got the third, if you guys need any help lmk and make sure to pour water on flowers once fully grown, I needed to do so to get the achievement to pop DOING ALONE ENDING WILL RESART THE PLANT BACK TO ZERO, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, and as of right now, we know that if you choose “to forget” ending it will also start you back at the elevator loosing all progress, mindfulness loop ending doesn’t loose all progress either

  What I did was to bring the game to the final loop, when you have already met the father once, and have the watch to reset time and see him again. From here I tried out different ending while making sure to watering the plant each time. When I finally got 3 flowers I gave water to the plant and got the cheevo.
  
  Just be sure to NOT do the ending that complete the game and start over.

  I just got this achievement and can confirm that the Alone ending does not reset plant/flower progress and that you don't need to break the plant ever. Also in response to the previous comment about not doing Groundhog first, I did Groundhog first and still got this with no problem.

  This requires you to grow the flower in the bedroom until 3 full flowers have bloomed. To do this, you need to water the flower in every loop you play. You can use the mugs in the kitchen and fill them with water at the sink in the kitchen or bathroom. You can water the flower multiple times in a single loop, but this doesn't cause the flowers to grow any quicker. The flowers actually bloom based on you watering them and your progression through the loops.
  
  The loops you need to complete, while watering the flower in between are:
  Betrayal ("Coward (80G)")
  Perfect Day ("Groundhog (80G)")
  Confession ("Confessed (80G)")
