  Complete all floors in episode 6.
  
  Only "Don't hurt me" difficulty is required but to gain as well the "Blazkowicz-ed!" achievement at the end, start directly with the "Bring 'Em On!" difficulty.

  Floor 6 onward, I really got ammo and health problems for the first time. I got the strange feeling that the AI acts smarter in these levels too... But if you can find some secret areas, especially in floor 9, it is doable (2nd highest difficulty). I killed Fettgesichts entourage and only got 20 ammo left. Passing these iron walls in one of the rooms before I had a feeling that there could be a secret room and voilà, there was one full with ammunition. Machs gut Fettie! (Farewell Phatty!)
