In order to get to level 102 to get the final Clairvoyance upgrade you will need to:

-Complete all optional missions (These are all required for other achievements and their respective guides can help if you are stuck)

And you'll need to collect:
Places (4 main open areas of the game)
- Every Psi Challenge Card (27 in each Place except the Quarry which has 18)
- All 24 Psi Challenge Markers

Brains (13 in total)
- All Figments
- All Nuggets of Wisdom
- All Memory Vaults
- All Emotional Baggage

Quick Guides on Youtube has an excellent video series detailing all collectibles in each of the Places and Brains. There are time stamps for each item in the Show More notes.

The most frustrating-to-find items will definitely be the figments as some of them are quite tricky.
Some tips when looking: go into that Brain's page in your menu and press

to look through your figments to see if there are any duplicate ones you've missed. That way when combing the videos you can just watch carefully to see when they pick up the ones you need. If it's a duplicate it may also help you narrow down the area it's in. For instance, if it's a banana in Bob's Bottles, look in palm trees on the islands (that banana drove me crazy, ha).
I also set the speed of the video to 2x which was really helpful for speeding up the process.

I think you have to buy a psi challenge marker from an otto matic

During the cooking challenge in order to get the brains you’ll have to finish on time, I think it’s 2 & 4. I haven’t finished the game yet hey I returned to that area and obviously there’s no timer. So it’s impossible to collect the brains without a timed mission. MISSABLE

It's not missable. After you finish the game and go back to that level the missing item will be where the chest was and you can collect it.

I was missing a key and chest in Green Needle Gulch, I think the key is the one you discover via clairvoyance, but I still was able to get 102 once I bought the marker and combined with my cards. I have 100% achievements now.

I’m already 102 and have done everything in the game apart from fully filling my Psi wallet 5000/5000 and I still don’t have the achievement so it’s either bugged or you literally have to do everything in the game

I have completed the entire game except for 1 figment, but still can not upgrade my powers, I am missing the last of Pyrokinesis and Claivoyance. Everything else has been completed. What can I do?

I'm using a translator so there may be context errors. I did 100% of everything in the game, I combined the cards with the cores (8 cards left), but I didn't reach level 102.

CAREFUL! I found the game buggy for me. I collected all psi cards, but at some point there was some bug that 1 card was missing to pass to level 102, even though I collected all the psi cards. I even revisited all the places where there were psi cards, but I really had collected everything. There was nothing else I could do, so I contacted with support from Double Fine, but nothing could be done. I had to complete the entire game again, this time saving the psi cards to combine at the end. I don't know if that helped at all, but this time I managed to reach level 102 and finally got the achievement.
