How to unlock the Shutterbug achievement

    Once you have access to Otto's Lab (it's in the Quarry, on the right hand side of the map) go into it and a cutscene will start. After it ends talk to him again, go through the dialogue options and he will grant you access to the Otto Shot and a device for tuning into stray thoughts.

    After you've acquired the Otto Shot, hold cn_right to use it
    Press cn_RB to take the photo.

    petee moobaaI had to have the "Captures by me or games" setting (under the Xbox Capture & share Preferences) enabled before this would pop. It might be worth including that info in your solution :}
